Mukula Mudra

*Yogic Hand Gesture with Many Benefits*

The Yogic hand mudras are mystichand gestures to block or activate certain subtle energy channels in our body for desired specific results.

Mukula Mudra

The Sanskrit language word ‘Mudra’ means a posture or gesture.

Even in classical Indian dances, mudras are considered to be seals of energy, creating a subtle connection in the body that enables transition of energy. Hand gestures are both a way to trigger physical energy into spiritual consciousness, as well as capturing the audience attention for narrating a story.

The science of hand-gestures is mysterious but at the same time very effective like other Yoga postures.
