Steps
1.Sit with your legs fully stretched
out. Bend your right leg and place the
heel against the perineum and anus.
2.Bend your left leg and place the foot
above the pubis and insert the toes of
both your legs between the opposite thigh
folds, pressing the heels against the
testicles.
3.Rest your hands on your knees. Gently
close your eyes and relax your entire
body, merging consciousness with super
consciousness.

This is the most suitable posture for
Pranayama and meditation. It also generally
calms the nervous system and one attains
more physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
stability.
