Steps
1.Lie down on your back with feet close
together. Place your palms beside your
body.
2.Inhale, raise your right leg and bend
it at the knee.
3.Bring your thigh near the abdomen,
interlock your fingers, and while exhaling
press the thigh against the abdomen and
hold the posture for a few seconds.
4. While inhaling, stretch your leg
up and, while exhaling; bring your leg
back on the floor.
5.Repeat the same with your left leg.
