Born into a family of astrologers for
generations. Renu Shastri's life exemplifies
an endeavour to seek newer and higher
frontiers. Renu Shastri unique contribution has
been her ability to bring about a synthesis
between certain Vedantic and alternative
healing techniques which on the surface
seem to be totally at variance with each
other.
Left to seek guidance from her guru of
the divine life society in her initial
years (at the age of five), Renu Shastri was unable
to bear the pain from being away from
her first love - yoga, astrology and the
other Vedanta i.e. Astrology. Ms. Renu Shastri
almost rebelled against her traditional
binding which forbade her to use her knowledge
for her livelihood. It was however her
intensity, affinity and inclination towards
her subject which made her take up this
indulgence on a full time basis.
