On a general note, as per Brihat Samhita – a classical work on Mundane astrology and Celestial phenomena, an eclipse falling in sidereal sign of Cancer will cause epidemics, seditions, danger to established governments, significant changes in weather that might cause drying up of rivers, canals, etc. There is risk of seismic activity for next 4 months following this eclipse. Additionally, hill tribes, and those belonging to the working class (as opposed to the Royalty and other aristocratic sections of the society) will experience challenging situations.
