The earlier you accept the truth that problems are very much an essential part of life, the better. Jo Sukh Mein SimranKare, Tau DukhKaheKoHoye”
It means: “Everyone prays during bad times, but no one does during good times. If one prays during good times then why should there be bad time.”
So while things are moving smoothly in your life viz. during your good time you must devote a little time each day to sit in silence for introspection or meditation.
