Astrology And Management
Management is the subject of achieving the objectives with the help of people. Anybody who knows the art of controlling other people is a
‘Manager’. Though any body may be a supervising manager or general manager but he should necessarily have the capability of leadership and control i.e., that person should be farsighted and can take decisions when required. When a person manager others the he should have the capability to understand the quality of feelings, motivations, inspirations, trends, inclination, intelligence, capabilities etc of those people and should have ability and tips to use these qualities.
If we talk about the mutual relations between Astrology and Management then all creatures are made of different natures and their habits, qualities, nature, way of thinking, mental and physical capabilities etc are varied. Astrology is the science of knowing the effect of planets on people and then constructing concrete concepts in respect of the relationship.
In Astrological science, it was deliberated upon the Management subject from the inception only. In the house-hold, the husband and wife manage their own house as partners for life and the purpose of matching of horoscope under astrology has been to find out the compatibility between people of two different natures, habits, qualities, thinking and that how much both would be able to cooperate and develop. In the same manner, in the absence of mutual cooperation and understanding between the general manager and the managing director the business can not prosper. At this level, astrology can be completely successful in telling as to how the relations would be between the general manager and his other officers and subordinates.
For example, in astrology, Saturn represents a person’s feeling of fear and his psychological stability. If in any person’s horoscope, Saturn is in weak situation and under the influence of Rahu or any other lowly effect then this sort of a person refrains from taking any responsibility or tries to evade taking any responsibility. In Astrology, just by studying the planet Saturn such a big deficiency of a person can be known so easily which can be harmful for the business and the posting of such a person in managerial capacity would prove detrimental for the business. The rule of business is,
